About Lisa Howley

I have over 20 years of comprehensive experience in higher education, heath care and member-cause fundraising. During my development career I focused on implementing and innovating fundraising offices, programs and resources for million to billion dollar campaigns. My expertise includes development and campaign operations, grateful patient programs, relationship and prospect management,  donor relations, data analytics and systems, processes and policy creation, and program and resource assessment, management and measurement.

Before starting Rose Consulting LLC, I was Associate Vice President of Strategic Development Operations at Furman University; Assistant Vice President of Health Sciences Advancement Services and Director of Health Science's Philanthropy Engagement Program at University of Southern California; Director of Relationship Management at the Johns Hopkins Institutions; Director of Prospect Management and Research at Wheaton College; and Director of Philanthropy Research at Women & Infants' Hospital of Rhode Island.
